Dysurie
The dysurie is the difficult and painful emission of Urine, requiring an effort of push sometimes. The jet of urine at the exit of the Urètre is weak, sometimes with drop by drop.

- Cancer of the prostate
- benign Hypertrophy of the prostate
- Prostatitis
- Sténose of the former urethra
- pelvic Appendicitis
- neurological diseases with dysfonction of the micturition.
Complications
- vesical Distension
- acute Retention of urine
- urinary Hydronéphrose
- Infection
- chronic Impaired renal function
