Dyer (type of vine)

A type of vine dyer is a variety of grape whose pulp is coloured.

There exist natural varieties resulting from spontaneous changes. They were métissées with the XIXe century to give correct wines and to go up color the wines planted in plains to produce a wine at low prices.

They were not authorized on AOC, also their surface is it in regression.
