Dungarvan
Dungarvan ( Dún Garbháin in Irish) is a port of the southern part of the Irish Republic, in the Comté of Waterford.
This city is the administrative center of the county.
Its name means “the fort of Garbhan”, in reference to Saint Garbhan who founded a church at the 7th century there.
Dungarvan is connected by the road N25 (European Route E30) to Cork, Waterford and Rosslare Europort.
