Duncan Edwards
Duncan Edwards was a Football or English born on October 1st 1936 with Dudley, dead the February 21st 1958. He died in the air Crash of Munich 1958 at the 21 years age.
This player who would have being largest of all was a true colossus, like one makes some more, one player like one makes some more. Its former trainer Tommy Docherty known as of him: " You can forget all your Best, Pelé or Maradona, Duncan was largest! ". Even the gold 66 balloon did not dry up praises on him: “If I were to play for my life and, for that, to be accompanied only by one fellow-member, it would be Duncan Edwards! ” by specifying thereafter that Edwards was the only one which made him “feel lower”.
Duncan Edwards had been born to be the champion of the kingdom, already at the 11 years age it exceeded his/her classmates, even one day a teacher of its school wrote with the one his/her friends that it had seen evolving/moving a kid who would carry one day, high the colors of England.
It joined Manchester United the day of its 15 years. Bert Whalley, then coach of Manchester United, had not hesitated to roll all during the night to be able to sign it at the first hours of its 15th birthday, age which legally enabled him to pass professional.
