Dumitru Mazilu

This one is seized by the file in October and returns its decision, unanimously, in favor of the United Nations, the December 15th 1989: “Dumitru Mazilu must enjoy all the privileges and diplomatic immunities envisaged by article 22 Convention. ” It is the only individual case ever judged by the International Court of Justice of $the Hague.
The Rumanian Révolution is started with Timişoara the December 17th 1989. The night of the 21 to the December 22nd 1989, in full popular insurrection, Dumitru Mazilu is removed from its residence, with Bucharest, with his wife and her child, by the section of repression of the political police and is imprisoned with Alexandria.
