Dublin Rebels is a club Irish of American football based with Dublin.
History
The club is founded during the summer 1995 by Phil Woodyard, Marcus Naylor and Andrew Flynn. They take part in the championship of Flag football of 1995 - 1996 with 1998 - 1999. Following the problems of the league of flag football, Rebels do not take part in the edition 1999 - 2000 of the championship. The following season, the competition of flag football does not take place.From September 2001, Rebels take part in the championship of Ireland of American football. The first match is an impressive victory of Rebels (42-0) vis-a-vis the Vikings. The national title logically comes to crown this first season " with contact".
