Dronabinol

} The dronabinol is the name of the THC (or delta-9-tétrahydrocannabinol) synthetic, it is marketed under the name of Marinol®.

Its half-life is 7 p.m. and its elimination is done by ways renal and fecal.

It is mainly prescribed against the vomiting and nauseas for the patients of Chimiothérapie, even if its administration by oral way can pose problems.

But it is also precrit in order to increase the Appétit patients of the AIDS.

It is marketed neither in France, neither in Belgium, nor in Suisse.
