Drive (badminton)

With the Badminton, a drive is an offensive and dry blow directed between the line control and the line basic.

Description

The Stealing is thorough either in diagonal, or in parallel compared to the side lines. It is used to move the adversary laterally. It is used to answer a side unfavourable attack. The trajectory is practically horizontal because it is a blow struck with much speed.

It is a rare blow into simple, because it presents too many risks to leave the ground. The objective of drive is to force the adversary with a defensive play while placing the point of fall of the wheel nearest possible to the limits of the ground. It is a blow rather used in double because the ground defended by each player is shorter.
