Driewegen (Borsele)
Driewegen is a small village of the commune of Borsele, in the province Dutchwoman of Zealand. The village counts 567 inhabitants (2007).
Like so much of villages of Zuid-Beveland, Driewegen knew a long story of fight against water. The village appeared after the locality close to Coudorp was submerged.
The village lays out of a small church with, on the frontage, a white stone where a text of 18 lines is registered: it commemorates an initiative of the lords of Watervliet who collected in 1659 of the money to renovate the church of the time.
Beside the church, it there with the old town hall with a beautiful frontage with pinion with steps.
