Draw the ears

Tirez the ears ( Ohren ziehen ) is a Board game created by Brigitte Pokornik. It was published by the company Haba.

For 2 to 4 players as from 3 years.

Material of play

The play contains:

9 charts out of thick paperboard representing each one a head of animal of which it misses the ears.
21 ears of wood (18 ears to supplement the charts, plus 3 ears of blue color constituting of the lures). The ears are of 3 forms, but each chart accepts only one pair of ears by combination of the form and the color.
1 opaque bag to pick the ears.

Goal of the play

The goal of the play is to supplement heads of animals with their ears.

Rules of the game

The players are distributed the charts. They pick each one their turn 2 ears, by palpating them but without seeing them. If an ear supplements a chart of the player, it is positioned on the chart, if not it is given in the bag.

Gaining

The first which supplemented all its charts gained.

Interest of the play

This play thus supports the tactile analysis, but also the strategies. It is also possible to use it with young people like a simple play of embedding. To note the esthetics and the flexible character of the material.
