The commune of Draria is a commune of Algérie, located in the Wilaya of Algiers, and chief town of the Daïra éponyme. The commune is populated of 26.306 inhabitants, and will daïra it of 107.056.

Village creates by the Général Bugeaud, in 1842, attached to Dely-Ibrahim when it was only one hamlet, and became a commune in 1870. It belonged to the canton of Algiers, and depended on the gendarmerie of Birkadem (1930). The commune is today suburbs of the west of Algiers.
