Draix

Draix is a common French, located in the department of the Alp-of-High-Provence and the area Provence-Alp-Coast of Azure.

Its inhabitants is called Draixois.

Geography

Located in the department of the Alpes de Haute-Provence, the village of Draix is attached to the district of Worthy-the-Baths. The road which carries out to it ( Départementale 22 ) curves the Valley of Bouinenc on several kilometers.

The village is overhung by a small Romance church (gone back to 1854), on the central place.

Below the church is the town hall, and close to the latter, the laundrette of the village.

What was the school of the village, on the place, is now a dwelling.
