|} The Dragons of Hérouville is a club French of American football based with Hérouville-Saint-Clearly in the Calvados.

The club

The club which evolves/moves with the Stade of Montmorency in Hérouville Saint Clearly in the Apple-brandy in Lower Normandy, includes/understands today:
  • a senior team which evolves/moves in the regional championship Normand,
  • a junior team in constitution.

History

The club was founded spring 2005 by six former impassioned players having evolved/moved in the second national division between 1991 and 2001. The activity of the team domiciled in Hérouville Saint Clearly since November 2005. The Dragons make their beginning in competition at the time of the Western Bowl 2007 (tournament of the great west). But their very first match take place vis-a-vis Wilds Hogs de Montfort on Meu in 2006, they obtain there their first victory over a score from 22 to 8. During the Season the 2006/2007 Seniors took part in friendly matches, with a regrouping of regional drive in Le Havre and the whole of the matches of their hen in Ouestbowl.

Season per season

(1) At the time of the season the 2006/2007 Dragons played three friendly matches: two in outward journey and return vis-a-vis the Unicorns of Saint Brieuc (descendants of the 3rd national division) then a match with Hérouville vis-a-vis the Leopards of Rouen (the 3rd national division), then 4 matches in the Bowl West vis-a-vis the Yankees of Angers (the 3rd national division) and Ankou of Rennes (champion of the regional championship Brittany Country of the Loire 2006/2007 and going up in the 3rd national division with re-entry 2007/2008). The seniors also took part in a regrouping of regional drive organized by the league of Normandy and gathering Dragons, Leopards of Rouen and Salamanders of Le Havre. The juniors took part in a regrouping of the same type with in addition to Léopards and Salamanders, about thirty players of all the teams of the league Brittany Pays of the Loire, concluded by a Normandy friendly match vis-a-vis Brittany Pays from the Loire.

Assessment

A young team and dynamics in phase of construction which will take part this year in the regional Championship Normand.
