Dragoševac
Dragoševac , in Serb Cyrillic Sr Драгошевац, is a village of Serbia located in the municipality of Jagodina, district of Pomoravlje. In 2002, it counted 501 inhabitants, including 499 Serbes (99,6%).
Dragoševac, located at 12 km of Jagodina, is located at the confluence of the Županjevačka reka and the Dulenska reka; these two rivers mix their water to form the Lugomir, an affluent of the Velika Morava.
Dragoševac also bears the name of Sr Jerinin Grad (in Serbe Cyrillique: Sr ЈеренинГрад) in remembering Jerina Branković (towards 1400 - 1457) which was born in this village. Jerina Branković was the girl of Démétrius Ier Cantacuzène, governor of Morée and little girl of the Byzantine emperor Jean VI Cantacuzène. She was also the wife of the Despote Đurađ Branković.
