Dragan Stojković
Dragan Stojković (Cyrillic Serb: ДраганСтојковић), born the March 3rd 1965 with Niš (Serbia,), is a former player of Football Yougoslave. It incarnates for some the symbol of a rich Yugoslav football at the beginning of the Années 1990. Its career was sullied by recurring wounds with the knee. It is called Piksi or Pixy .
Medium ground of 1m75 for 73 kg, Stojković begins its professional path in Radnicki Niš, a team of the first division Yougoslave in 1981 - 1982 where it makes its first appearance with the first team. The four following seasons, Stojković plays 69 matches for Radnicki Nis where it marked 8 goals. It was transferred to the red Star Belgrade for the five following seasons or it played 120 match and marked 48 goals.
Stojković is transferred to Olympic from Marseilles, where it is wounded at the time of the second match of championship in August 1990 in Metz. Hardly restored, it returns in the course of match at the time of the finale of the cut of the clubs champions on May 29th, 1991 and lost against its old club, the red Star Belgrade (0-0, 5-3 to t.a.b). It was then lent a season to the club of Vérone before returning a last season to Marseilles, where its talent was once more obstructed by wounds.
During spring 1994, Stojkovic signed with the Nagoya Grampus Eight, a club of J-League Japanese (D1 Japonaise), club pulled by Arsène Wenger. It there played seven seasons, played 183 matches and marked 57 goals. It taken its retirement in 2001.
Stojković played 84 matches with the Yugoslavia and marked 15 goals during its career. It took part in the Euro 84 and the World cup 1990 with old the Yugoslavia and in the World cup 1998 and the Euro 2000 with the Serbia-Montenegro. Just after being itself withdrawn of its career of footballer, it taken the position of president of the association of football of Serbia.
Since 2005, he is the president of the red Star Belgrade (Crvena Zvezda).
