Dougray Scott was born on November 25th, 1965 in Glenrothes, in Scotland. Dougray played in several telefilms Scot and English before having its first role with the cinema in Deep Impact .

Its greater success with the cinema is surely its role of the enemy of Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible 2 . It goes but unfortunately to be wounded with the back while making this film and to have to give up the role of Wolverine in X-Men finally played by Hugh Jackman.

It was had a presentiment of a long time to be new James Bond, but it is Daniel Craig who had the role. It then had a recurring role in season 3 of the famous series Desperate Housewives .
