Doug Moe
Douglas Edwin Moe , born the September 21st 1938 with Brooklyn, New York, is a former professional American trainer of Basket-ball. It is closely associated with the frankness from the Denver Nuggets.
Biography
Moe was a player star of the Université of North Carolina, pus in American Basketball Association for the New Orleans Buccaneers, the Oakland Oaks, the Washington Capes, the Carolina Cougars and the Virginia Squires.Moe became trainer at the time of the season 1976-77, during 15 years, including ten with Denver Nuggets. It also worked with the San Antonio Spurs and the Philadelphia 76ers. Its teams in Denver were characterized by a style of play run-and-gun which privileged the attack with defense. He was often criticized for his style, but the fans adored it. It gained forever of title NBA, but its assessment remains positive with 628 victories-529 defeats and he gained the trophy of NBA Coach off the Year at the time of the season 1987-88. He is currently assistant trainer of Nuggets.
Whereas he is regarded as the trainer having best succeeded with Nuggets, much regard its passage at Sixers as disastrous. It did not even go at the end of its first season and was replaced by its assistant Fred Carter.
