Dorrigo

Dorrigo (2 400 inhabitants) is a small town of the North of the News-Wales-of-South, in Australia in the county of " Bellingen". The name of the city comes from the local indigenous word " Dundurrigo" who indicates a species of eucalyptus found in the area. It is located at 580 kilometers in the North of Sydney and at 60 kilometers of the coastal town of Coffs Harbor. It is located on the Dorrigo Plateau in the Great Dividing Range at 740 m of altitude.

The city is famous for its precipitations and its fog and one with the practice to say that in Dorrigo, the clouds circulate in the streets.
