Dorin Chirtoacă

Dorin Chirtoaca is a Moldavian politician . Born the August 9th 1978, graduate of the Sorbonne, he is the youngest mayor of a European capital, and vice-president of the Comité Helsinki Moldavie. He was elected mayor of Chisinau at the time of the elections the June 18th 2007, as a leader of the Liberal party.

In addition to the Rumanian , Chirtoaca speaks the French, the Russian , the German and the English.
