Dorian Yates

Dorian Yates (born the April 19th 1962 with Sutton Coldfield) is a body-builder English, which was 6 times Mr. Olympia of 1992 with 1997.

In competition, Dorian Yates was famous for its back époustouflant (probably the best of its time in term of width and thickness) like for its titanic mass and its calves of which the essence of the drive was based on the HIT (high intensity training) inherited Mike Mentzer. It stopped contributing in 1997 after having gained its 6th and ultimate title Olympia face has Nasser el Sonbaty at the top of its form. Ronnie Coleman succeeds to him in 1998.

In 1996, it carries out its only video of drive; it is about " Blood and Guts". This video become mythical is a source of motivation for good number of bodybuilders in the World. A must of the drive " Heavy Duty".
