Dope rape

The term drug of rape indicates a specific use of certain products Psychotrope S aiming at making absorb the product with a person without this one not knowing it for then misusing it (sexual assaults, Viol S, flights, Violence S). The psychotropic products used with this use generally belong to the classes of the Dépresseur S, the Sédatif S and the Hypnotique S of which most known are GHB or Fantasy, the Flunitrazépam (more known under commercial name Rohypnol), the Zolpidem and sometimes the Kétamine.

The products used for this purpose comprise certain common points:

they are Soluble S in the liquids, odorless, colorless and insipid;
their price is generally low compared with that of other drugs;
they induce initially a lifting of inhibitions followed by an entry in a passive state, even subjected, victim. Thereafter, the victim returns in a confusional state, even amnesic, it awakes then in an environment, or a situation, with a feeling leaving suppose an aggression but it is unable to remember it. The last memory of the victim being generally the Consumption of a Drink.

Goal

The aggressions related to this use always comprise an element of Coercition since the victim is neither conscious, nor agreeing, because of the effects of the product which it involuntarily introduced. This constitutes in French criminal law an element worsening to the offense related to the aggression .

The Nécrophilie (attraction for the unconscious people) is one of the reasons for the use of drugs of rape.
