Dong He

Large Administrator of the district of Yizhou under Liu Zhang. When Liu EIB left towards the west in order to conquer the province of Yi, Dong He convainquit Liu Zhang to make call using Zhang Lu to be opposed to Liu EIB. He was opposed until the last moment to rendering, but once this one accomplished, he united in Liu EIB and became imperial commander.
