Donaueschingen

Donaueschingen is a German city located in the Black Forest, in the Bade-Wurtemberg. It is located at the south of Villingen-Schwenningen and the east of Freiburg-in-Brisgau. It is as in Donaueschingen as are the 110 {{E}} regiment of infantry French (also partly on Villingen), and the 292e Jäger Bataillon German. One locates the soldiers and the civils servant working for the French Army by blue plates on their vehicle (they belong to F.F.E.C.S.A. = French Forces and Civil Elements Stationed in Germany).

The championships of Europe of Saut of obstacles of 2003 took place with Donaueschingen, where is held, each year, in September, an international horse show.

It is in Donaueschingen that the two rivers, Brigach and Breg, give rise to the Danube. Moreover the root Donau means the German Danube.
