Dominique Lavanant

Dominique Lavanant is a French actress of cinema and theater, born the April 24th 1944 with Morlaix, in the Finistere (France).

It is the specialist in the supporting roles in French comic films.

After beginnings as English professor in Brittany, Dominique Lavanant leaves his beautiful province for Paris. Even if it begins with the theater, it plays quickly in films, of which the famous the Wafers of Bridge-Swallow-hole and carries out its first one woman show . But its meeting with the troop of the Splendid in Loves shells and shellfish mark mainly the continuation of its career. Another slope of its career being its attachment in Brittany which reappears.

Four times named, it receive the César best supporting role in 1988 for Agent disturbs , of Jean-Pierre Mocky.
