Dominique Bussereau , born the July 13rd 1952 with Turns in Indre-et-Loire, is a French politician, called " Bubu" by its close friends.
He is since May 18th, 2007 Secretary of State to Transport, near the minister for Ecology, the Development and Installation durable, in the government Francois Fillon (renewed in the government Francois Fillon 2 on June 19th, 2007).
Biography
His/her father was a railwayman, he would always have on him key the SNCF of his father, like a kind of talisman.
Former student of the Institute of political studies of Paris, it leaves prize winner there the section public service. He was:
- operations manager with the ministry for the Interior of 1976 at 1978,
- adviser technical with the ministry for the youth of 1978 with 1979,

Since 1985, he is elected General adviser UDF then DLL then UMP of the Canton of Royan-Is (Charente-Maritime).
In 1989, it is elected Maire Saint-Georges-with-Didonne (first assistant of the mayor, when he becomes Secretary of State in 2002).
He is elected regional adviser Poitou-Charentes, elected of Charente-Maritime of 1992 to 1993 and March in April 2004. He is the president of the Accounts center of the territorial public function of the Charente-Maritime (since 2000).
He is elected initially appointed UDF then DLL then UMP of the 4th district of the Charente-Maritime (elected into 1986,1993,1997,2002 and 2007 (51,73%).
Ministerial career
In May 2002, it is named Secretary of State to Transport, and in June 2002 Secretary of State to Transport and the sea, near the Minister for the Equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea.
It becomes then Secretary of State to the Budget and the budgetary reform in March 2004.
In November 2004, it is named Ministre Agriculture, food, fishing and rurality.
In 2007 it is named under the government Francois Fillon 1 (renewed in the government Francois Fillon 2 on June 19th, 2007) Secretary of State in charge of transport.
