Dominique-François-Louis Roget
Dominique-François-Louis Roget, baron de Belloguet (November 30th 1795 born with Bergheim - died with Nice in 1872) is a French historian, specialist in the Burgundy and author of a work the origins of the Gallic Peuples and Gallic Langue.
He inherited his title his father, Dominique Mansuy Roget, major general under the First Empire, knight then baron de Belloguet, and was itself major during the countryside of France, made the forwarding of Spain into 1823 before leaving the service to devote himself to his research tasks in 1834.

- Burgundian Questions, or critical Memory about the origin and the migrations of old Burgundian, and about the various people, kingdoms or regions which bore their name (1846);
- Chart of the first kingdom of Burgundy, with a comment on the extent and the borders of this state, according to the twenty-five episcopal signatures of the council of Epaone, in 517 (1848);
- Dijonese Origins disengaged from the fables and the errors which wrapped them so far, followed of a particular Essay on the acts and the mission of S. Bénigne, the apostle of Dijon (1851); critical
- Éthnogénie Gallic, or Memories on the origin and the relationship of Cimmériens, Cimbres, the Shades, the Belgians, the Ligurians and the former Celts (4 volumes including one posthumous, 1858 - 1873). A Gallic Glossaire with two general tables of the Gallic language contains.
