The Welsh Unité of managements and labor was founded in 2001 to be used as intermediary between the National Assembly of Wales and managements and labor.

The Unit is based with Cardiff and provides:

a service of day before and information , laying out of weekly summaries of the activities of the Government of the Welsh Parliament and the National Assembly of Wales in connection with managements and labor
of the summarized of the political documents published by the Government of the Welsh Parliament Assembly Government and the other active bodies of the public sector in Wales concerning managements and labor
councils with political divisions of the Parliament and other organizations of the public sector in Wales on the best manner of consulting and of implying managements and labor in the development and the installation of procedures.

(Managements and labor are members of the organizations of representatives of the businesses in Wales and the Congrès of the Trade unions.)
