The Dolcetto delle Langhe Monregalesi superiore is an Italian wine of the area Piedmont equipped with a name DOC. since July 6th, 1974. Only to DOC. the red wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Cuneo in the communes of Briaglia, Carrù, Castellino Tanaro, Marsaglia, Mondovì, Murazzano, Piozzo and Vicoforte.

The vineyards are located on slopes of the many hills at the south of Dogliani, near of the Tanaro and vineyard to the Dolcetto di Dogliani.

The red wine of Dolcetto delle Langhe Monregalesi superiore answers a schedule of conditions more demanding than the Dolcetto delle Langhe Monregalesi, primarily in relation to the alcohol content.
