Comment

Dodging speaks about many things: analyzes sociological fine, the film shows what is the life of a teenager of the cities, far from the usual stereotypes and without insipidness. This film does not tackle the subjects of racism, of “revolving”, the dealers. One does not see there firearms. The language spoken by the protagonists about the account (perfectly natural, one could believe that there is a great part of improvisation but it is not the case) holds a paramount place in film. One perceives the need and the desire for communicating, and one measures also the gaps of the vocabulary of the cities: those make that the least situations can rock in amusing misunderstandings or on the contrary very serious.
