Doctor Schtroumpf is an album of Cartoon published by Lombard in 1996. It is the eighteenth album of the series Schtroumpfs .

Synopsis

Large Schtroumpf is the doctor of the village and it is him which deals with Schtroumpfs which is sick. However, Schtroumpf decides itself to make medicine and its techniques allure world more and more.

Anecdotes

This album is supposed being a Satire world of the Médecine, caricaturing the Charlatan S which propose treatments excessive and ineffective and the customers who exploit the medical ordinances to work the least possible.
Among the medicines used by so-called Schtroumpfs doctors, one counts in particular medicine general practitioner, the Psychologie and the Acupuncture.
the history very clearly refers to the part Knock of Jules Romains. One attends even a parody of the famous scene " Does that tickle you or that you gratouille? " , where Schtroumpf known as " That me schtroumpfe, or rather that me gratouille" .
