Doctor Phibes

Doctor Phibes is a formed British musical group with Liverpool. Influenced by the Pink Floyd, the who, Weather Carryforward.

Composed of Howard King jr. (guitar and song), Lee Belsham (low guitar) and Keith York (battery). Their music is of psychedelic obedience and melancholic person.
