Dobritch
Dobritch (in Bulgarian: bg Добрич) is a Ville of Bulgaria, Chef-lieu of the oblast of Dobritch, 100.379 inhabitants. During the communist period and until September 1990, the city was called Tolboukhine (into Bulgarian: bg Толбухин), in the honor of the Soviet marshal Fiodor Tolboukhine which led its troops in Romania and Bulgaria to the end of the Second world war; the number plates (Tx) of the vehicles which are registered there are a reminiscence.
Geography
Dobritch is the eighth most populated city of Bulgaria. It was the historical center of the area of the Dobroudja of the south. It is located at 30 km of the Black Sea and at 40 km of the Rumanian border .
In this area the seaside resorts are known Baltchik, Albena, Rusalka. It is an area living mainly of agriculture and tourism. She is regarded as the attic of Bulgaria.
