Djéni Kobina
Geoges Djéni Kobina Kouamé was a politician of the Ivory Coast born on August 8th, 1937 with Gagnoa in the west from the Ivory Coast where resided, for professional reasons, its parents, Djéni Pahan, his father born in 1905 Large-Bassam with - Azuretti, and Yao Eba, his/her mother born in 1917 Large-Bassam with , both of ethnos group zima commonly called appolonien.
After studies with Soubré, Daloa, Abidjan, Nancy-Lorraine and Poitiers he exerts the functions of teacher, certified professor, headmaster of college and regional director of teaching. Following its creation of the trade union of the teachers of the secondary of Ivory Coast (Synesci) of which he was besides the 1st General secretary of July 1970 at March 31st 1971, he was imprisoned in prison under the Houphouetiste mode. He was warrant officer of reserve of the armed of the Ivory Coast, Principal private secretary of several ministries of the Ivory Coast. He was then National secretary of PDCI in charge of the relationships to the political parties.
In April 1994, the word was refused to him with the extraordinary congress of the PDCI-RDA, it thus decides to break forever with the PDCI-RDA and founds RDR in a liberal party being located at the Center-Left of the national political chessboard of the Ivory Coast. Elected as general secretary of the RDR in July 1995, station animated in the first time with devotion, disinterest, more tardily with Honesty, uprightness and Dignity by this last, it dies on October 19th 1998 by leaving RDR divided today into ash and directed by Alassane Ouattara.

- 1959 : Obtaining the 2nd part of the diploma of the Baccalaureat series Applied sciences with the Assez-Bien Mention. After that, it was sent in France by the Government, with a Stock Exchange of State, in order to continue its academic works.
- 1959 : University Rentée with the Faculty of Arts of Nancy-Lorraine.
- 1963 : Obtaining its License of History - Geography. Then it enters Faculty of Arts of Poitiers.
- 1966 : Obtaining the CAPES in History - Geography,
- 1966: Failure with the contest of Aggregation of College.
Professional path
- 1966 : It returns in Ivory Coast to be committed with the public office. it was affected in a College of Bingerville in 1968.
- 1969: He is Proviseur of the Traditional College of Bouaké
- 1970: Appointed Departmental director (or Regional director) of the Teaching of Abidjan.
- 1971 : Its movements strikers with Albert Hoba carries out it in prison and was enlisted of force in the army for twenty two months.
- 1973 : Release of the military service, and named General inspector of National Education
- 1976: Named Principal private secretary of the Minister for the social Affairs
- 1983: Named Principal private secretary of the Minister for Safety
- 1989: Principal private secretary of the Minister Auguste Severin Miremont.

Trade-union engagement
- 1963 - 1966: active Member of the student's trade union movements in France of which:
- General union of the Students of Ivory Coast (UGECI),
- Federation of the Students of Black Africa, section of Ivory Coast (FEANF here) whose made party Francis Wodié
- Union of Raised and Students of Ivory Coast (UNEECI).
- 1970 : It creates the National union of the Secondary schoolteachers of Ivory Coast (SYNESCI) of which he was the first General secretary during 1 years
At the political level
- Militant of first hour in France within the Movement Man from the Ivory Coast of Release, a political training of inspiration of left.
- Of return to the country, he is member of the leading authorities and militant of the Party in power, PDCI-RDA at the Political office and Central committee until its tacit resignation on September 27th 1994.
- 1990 : Before even the reinstauration of the multi-party system, it creates a current of thoughts within the PDCI-RDA: PDCI-restoration and will be the Spokesperson, posts holding place of position of president.
- 1990 : it is named with the General secretary of this party, as a National secretary, Chargé with the Relationships to the other parties following a congress.
- 1990 : Candidate with the municipal elections and elected official on list PDCI-RDA of the consensus directed at the time by the Mayor of Cocody: Theodore Mel Eg.
- 1990 : First Assistant of the Mayor of Cocody (until in 1994).
- After the death of Felix Houphouët-Boigny, in his capacity as Spokesperson of the current PDCI-Restoration, it challenges the authorities of the PDCI-RDA for the behavior of an Extraordinary congress.
- With its ambitions of a revival of PDCI, it wants to replace president of the party whereas the successor of Fire Felix Houphouet Boigny should be Henri Konan Bédié, it could not speak as it wished it at the time of the congress extraodinaire. This competition and the refusal of him given the word pushes it to found RDR with some of his/her friends of the PDCI-Restoration, as well as most of the partisans of the Prime Minister Alassane Dramane Ouattara on June 27th 1994.
- July 1st, th and 2nd 1995: Djéni Kobina Kouamé is elected, with one crushing majority, as General secretary of the RDR, posts that it accepts certainly but with firstly a devotion, disinterest and later with Loyauté, uprightness and Dignité.
Allassane Ouattara is often shown to have caused the death of fire Djéni Kobina to take the party in hand.
