Divine Intervention
Divine Intervention is an album of Thrash metal of the group Slayer left in 1994. It is the first album of the group with Paul Bostaph. It constitutes a kind of return to the sources towards an aggressive music, thus approaching their famous album Reign In Blood.
The sound is asepticized a little, but work is overall, on the level of the compositions, of a very great effectiveness, because led to a furious rate/rhythm of the beginning to the end. Slayer had chosen Rick Rubin as producer.
This album caused a certain controversy in the United States because of the contents of the words, in particular in the songs SS-3 and 213 . In the latter it is refers to the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
