Ditanyè (the Anthem of the Victoire)

Ditanyè (the Anthem of the Victoire) (also called Only one night ) is the National anthem Burkina Faso. He was written by Thomas Sankara and was adopted in 1984.

Towards the horizon of happiness only one harms has réconcilié
Our people, with all the people of the monde
With the conquest of freedom and progrès.
The Fatherland or death we will overcome.

II. Nourished with the sharp source of the revolution,
Volunteers of freedom and the paix
In the night and salutary energy of August 4th
Did not have that the weapons with the hand but more especially
The flame in the middle for legitimately libérer
Faso forever of irons of all those which,

of it Independence of sovereignty

III. And séant from now on in its dignity recouvrée
The love and the honor divide some with the humanité
The people of Burkina sing an anthem with the victoire
