• District of Carcassonne;

• District of Limoux;
• District of Narbonne.

History

• 1790 : creation of the department with 6 districts: Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Lagrasse, Limoux, Narbonne, Quillan

• 1800: creation of the districts: Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Limoux, Narbonne
• 1926: removal of the district of Castelnaudary
