District of Singine
The district of Singine ( German Sensebezirk in ) is one of the seven district of the canton of Freiburg in Suisse. It is the only district of the canton to have only German like Official language. The district of Singine has also a proper dialect which is called the " Singinois allemand" ( Senslerdeutsch in German). The chief town is Tavel ( Tafers in German). The district makes 265.32 km ² surface and counts 39 ' 565 inhabitants (2005).
