District of Has

The district of Has is one of the 36 autonomous districts of the République of Albania of a surface of 374 km ² with a population of 22.000 inhabitants, the capital of the district is Krumë.

The district is wedged between the Albanian districts of Kukës, Tropojë and of Pukë.
