The Beautiful one will never occupy this district since German left Cameroun two years later and following the negotiations with French, it is rather in Bali that they will settle.

The central market is there, food center of Douala, as well as the central prison which dyes the name even district of a sad connotation.

It is about a vast zone located at the exit of the town of Douala on axis-heavy Douala-Yaounde gathering several districts such as New Town, Bonaloka, Entrée of Balls, Bobongo, Boko, Ndogpassi, Ndokossi, Nyassa…

New Bell is famous being a dangerous district. In this vast wide, it reigns an insecurity remarkable to know a great juvenile delinquency and an important network of criminality. That is explained by the problem of nonthe employment of the young people and by the ambient misery which rises with the one of the daily newspaper of the majority of the Cameronians.

The visitors should for that show vigilance when they are at this place.
