District of Dibër
The district of Dibër is one of the 36 autonomous districts of the République of Albania of a surface of 761 km ² with a population of 100.000 inhabitants, the capital of the district is Peshkopi.
The district is wedged between the Albanian districts of Kukës, Mirditë, Bulqizë, Mat, the Republic of Macedonia and the Serb Province autonomous of the Kosovo.
