District of Aarau

The district of Aarau is a district canton of Argovie which includes the agglomeration of Aarau in the south of the the Jura. Its capital is Aarau.

The district counts 13 communes for a surface of 104,47 km ² and 65.863 inhabitants (at end of 2004).
