Distribution by institution of competences in federal Belgium

Competences of the Walloon region, of the Area Brussels-Capital, the Flemish Area, the the French Community and the German-speaking Communauté are Exclusive competences (without possibility of intervention of the Federal state), which are thus exerted (practically) without possible veto of its share, that it is within the Belgian Federation or on the international scene.
