Disibod
Saint Disibod , born towards 619 and died in 700 is a monk Irish hermit, founder of the Monastère doubles Disibodenberg.
One finds mention of his name for the first time in a Martyrologe of Rabanus Maurus (9th century). Hildegarde de Bingen wrote its Vie towards 1170.
According to this life, Disibod arrives in the frank kingdom towards 640, like missionary, accompanied by his disciples Giswald, Clément and Salluste. They évangélisent the the Vosges and the the Ardennes. Then, guided by a vision, Disibod a Monastère builds doubles with the confluence of the rivers Nahe and Glan.
