A debate is a discussion (constructive) on a subject, precis or basic, announced in advance, to which take share of the individuals having opinions, divergent ideas, reflections or opinions for the subject considéré.
Un debate can be expressed in various forms, most current being the meeting in the same place of the natural persons but there exists debate on the Web (on Wikipédia it there of a), of the debates by Vidéoconférence or Téléconférence or of the spiritual debates which escape the Cartesian or rational laws.
