Direction of the Maritime businesses

The direction of the Maritime businesses (PREJUDICE) is one of the three directions of the head office of the Sea and Transport of the Ministère of Ecology, the Development and Installation durable French.

She exerts three great missions:

  • safety and maritime safety;
  • the social follow-up of the sailors;
  • the piloting of the services decentralized acting on the littoral and organized in regional managements (DRAM) and secondary roads (DDAM).
