Direct relationship
In Mathematical and Statistical S, a direct relationship is a positive relation between two Variable S which increases or decreases jointly.
For example, there is a direct relationship between the age and the cardiovascular risks. The older you are, the more you will have chance to have the disease; and more you are young less you will have chance to have it.
