Direct color
In Cartoon, the direct color is a process of setting colors in which the color and the layouts of contour to the black are not separate: each board of cartoon is then a small table with whole share. It rare that the texts of the phylactères are, all the same, is not carried out with part.
Le not proceeded of the direct color was made viable by progress of the Photogravure, the impression and, more recently, of the digital processing of the images. This process offers to the illustrators a very great freedom in the choice of their techniques of setting color: painting, aerographer, joinings, pastel, etc
