The family of the Diptérocarpacées is a family of plants Dicotylédone S. According to some authors it includes/understands only Asiatiques plants:
- Anisoptera , Cotylelobium , Dipterocarpus , Dryobalanops , Hopea , Neobalanocarpus , Parashorea , Shorea , Stemonoporus , Upuna , Vateria , Vatica in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Other authors also includent the plants accepted like the familie Monotaceae by some authors. In this case Diptérocarpacées include/understand two additional subfamilies:
The phylogenetic classification locates this family in the order of the Malvales .
