Diplomatic vaticane

The diplomatic term vaticane gathers the whole of the instruments emitted by the Roman Catholic church as an institution.

Most important are emitted by the Pape and the Concile S, the others, by the cardinal , Secretaries of State or prefects of the congregations of the Roman Curie. They are sources of Enseignement, of Doctrine, right even of dogma for the catholic .

Some of these acts are written for the pope by the “Chancellery of the apostolic letters” (service of the Secrétairerie of State, Roman Curie), others are written by the pope himself.
