Diplomatic Immunity

The diplomatic immunity covers, in theory, only the Délit S or errors made by a diplomat in the performance of his duties. It allows certain people however having reprehensible behaviors to escape any legal sanction.

All respective diplomats and their family, Ambassador, General consul and some Minister S which represents a Head of State in visit in a country, profit from the diplomatic immunity. It is a basic principle of the international law in France, children in studies in France or family of a diplomat on the French soil profits in all legitimacy from the diplomatic immunity at all events.
